This is what it currently looks like, which really doesn't do it justice to how much curb appeal this home really has. The yard looks beautiful in the Spring and Summer! The access panel to the attic is in a very convenient location on the ceiling of the landing to the bedrooms. We have laid some sturdy wood paneling down in parts of it to be able to store stuff up there. You could fit many, many boxes up there in the area where wood has been lain, plus there's plenty more area to work with.

Backyard

Here is what the backyard currently looks like, which just like the picture of the front of the house really doesn't do it justice. It is a really nice, fully fenced, spacious backyard with a large concrete patio...perfect for BBQ's. The lot size is .18 acres. There are more pics in the next post that will give you a better idea of what it looks like in the Spring/Summer with a beautiful, GREEN lawn! :)

Some people have asked to see pics of what the yard looks like in the Spring and Summer. I don't specifically have any of just the yard, but here are some random pics that I found that can kind of give you an idea:

This is the berm in the front yard.

This is when we finished the side fencing last year - the part that goes from the sides to the house.

There's PLENTY of room to run around!

There's some curbing in the backyard against the house. We planted shrubs last year in part of it, and in the other end I was able to do a few tomato plants.
